Huntley, Illinois Real Estate

After my wife and I retired, we decided we wanted to move into a bigger house. We had been living in a condo in Huntley, IL since our youngest left for college. We decided to put our condo on the market and began looking for a large house. Now that our children had kids of their own we wanted room for when they visited.

She was convinced they would visit more often if we had more space. We also wanted the house to have a yard big enough for them to play in, but was still low maintenance. The older we have gotten, the less yard work we are able to do. We also wanted a big living room to entertain in.

We were able to find just what we were looking for in what seemed only a couple of weeks. We had a great agent that we found on Real Estate in huntley. She found us our home and sold our condo. We were really pleased to have moved so quickly. Our children and grandchildren visit all the time. The kids love running around the house and garden.

One of the best things about house hunting in Huntley is that we felt we had a lot of options. I think that if we weren’t sure about what we wanted we would have had a hard time picking one. Many people think that the houses in suburban areas all look exactly the same. This is not true in Huntley. We saw so many different houses all of which had distinctive looks. We absolutely adore our Huntley home.
