Pets love Huntley
When I was a little girl I used to beg my parents for a dog.
We lived in a high rise in downtown Chicago where it was highly impractical to house a dog so I never got one. I never grew out of wanting a dog. When I finally moved out on my own I thought about buying one. I decided against it because I was living in a small building. The neighborhood I lived in wasn’t very safe either so I wouldn’t be able to walk it very often. When I got a job working at the newspaper in Huntley I finally decided it was the perfect time to get a dog.
I bought a small house in a beautiful neighborhood right next to a huge park. I found a great real estate agent on www.realestateinhuntleyil.com. The first thing I told my agent when I was house hunting was that I wanted something dog –friendly. It wasn’t difficult to find a house with a large back yard but they were too expensive. I ultimately decided on a small house with a small yard because it was near a park. I was very excited to find the house. Even though it was small it was beautiful. My new puppy loved the house as well. Over the next few months Bitsy and I spend the majority of my free time in different parks and nature reserves. There are more than ten public parks in the area.
I was very happy to have found such a dog friendly town. We also spent lots of time playing in our little yard and find it to be the perfect size for us. My agent did a great job finding me a perfect home for my dog and I.
