Huntley, Illinois Real Estate

Growing up in Huntley, IL made for a wonderful childhood. I remember playing hide-and-go-seek with the neighborhood kids until way after dark. During the summer there were many barbeques, get-togethers and long days at the park. It is also a great place for early education.

Huntley has great schools that score highly on statewide exams. Huntley high school students also score highly on the SAT’s and ACT’s. Almost all high school students graduate and go on to college. I went to college in Chicago as many of my classmates did.

After graduation I got married and accepted a job working for a bank. When my husband and I decided we were ready to have kids we returned to Huntley. I decided that I wanted my children to have the same childhood and opportunities my siblings and I had. Huntley is much more developed now than it was when I was growing up but it is still a safe and quiet town.

I found a perfect house to start my new family in. It is spacious and comfortable with a lovely garden. Even though it is similar to many of the houses in the area it is still unique.
